PRINTING United Alliance celebrates Ted Straus as a 2025 Ben Franklin Honor Society inductee!
The Ben Franklin Honor Society (BFHS) is one of the highest honors in the printing and graphic communications industry. The BFHS recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of print through leadership, innovation, and service.
The society's goals include honoring exemplary service and leadership in the industry, positioning members as reservoirs of knowledge and expertise, and encouraging mentorship, speaking engagements, and knowledge-sharing across generations of printing professionals. Each year, a small group of inductees is chosen for their lasting impact and commitment to moving the industry forward.
Ted's induction reflects not only his personal dedication to the printing profession but also the strong reputation Suttle-Straus has built for excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a member of this distinguished group – joining our past president John Berthelsen, who was inducted into the Ben Franklin Honor Society in 2005 – Ted continues the proud Suttle-Straus tradition of leadership and innovation that helps shape the future of print.
"We are proud to recognize the individuals joining the Ben Franklin Honor Society this year and applaud their efforts for their countless years of service and contribution to the industry," said Ford Bowers, CEO of PRINTING United Alliance.
The Ben Franklin Honor Society inducts new members annually at the Printing United Expo. Ted was recognized during a special luncheon at PRINTING United Expo 2025 in Orlando on October 23.
