Suttle-Straus COVID-19 Operating Status

With news and government restrictions changing on almost daily basis with the COVID-19 pandemic, we created this status page as a resource for our customers and community.
Suttle-Straus is open and fully operational. We are committed to remaining open so that we can best serve our clients. We have implemented extensive safety measures to keep our staff and visitors as safe as possible while meeting the ongoing needs of our customers. Our safety initiatives are intended to protect our customers and employees and ensure business continuity at Suttle-Straus.
Pursuant to Emergency Order #8 of Public Health Madison and Dane County, effective Monday, July 13, 2020, everyone is required to wear a mask while inside our facility. Additionally, we have new requirements related to people visiting our facility. In addition to wearing a mask at all times, visitors without a Suttle-Straus issued badge are required to check-in at the 1000 Uniek Drive entrance and submit a questionnaire confirming they have not had any recent symptoms or exposure to COVID-19.
In the event of a service interruption, Suttle-Straus will partner with our peer group, known as PrintAmerica. The PrintAmerica peer group companies are located in Nebraska, Texas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, California, Wisconsin, and Ohio. These companies have similar capabilities to Suttle-Straus and can provide continued print and marketing services if needed.
