Suttle-Straus Boosts Personalized Direct Mail Capabilities with New RICOH Pro VC70000

Suttle-Straus announced new capabilities added to their print and direct mail marketing services through the purchase of a new RICOH Pro VC70000 continuous-form inkjet press.

"Our opportunities in direct mail continue to grow with more businesses and non-profits looking to reach their recipients with personalized offers," said Ted Straus, CEO and President of Suttle-Straus. "This new equipment will help us meet the industry demand for effective and high quality direct mail."

The award-winning VC70000's incredible image quality helps Suttle-Straus complement existing offset workflows while adding variable-data customization and increased throughputs. Leveraging the industry's most advanced printheads, the VC70000 prints at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution on uncoated, offset-coated, inkjet treated or inkjet-coated papers without sacrificing speed. This incredible image quality and media flexibility helps reduce or eliminate the need for offset-produced shells, creating eye-catching output and inserting personalized variable data in a single, high-speed pass. The VC70000 prints at speeds up to 492 feet per minute, producing nearly 130,000 letter impressions per hour.

The new machine is already installed and in production. To learn more about our services, quote your next project, or to request a tour contact us.
