Suttle-Straus Doubles Binding Capacity with Addition of Muller Martini Primera PRO Saddle Stitcher

Suttle-Straus announced increased capacity for their print and direct mail marketing services through the purchase of a new Muller Martini Primera PRO saddle stitcher.

"We continually look to invest in new modern equipment for the benefit of our staff and our clients," said Ted Straus, CEO and President of Suttle-Straus. "The addition of the Muller Martini Primera Pro Saddle Stitcher to our bindery is a significant investment that allows us to continue to deliver creative marketing solutions that help our customers win."

The Primera PRO can run up to 14,000 cycles per hour and offers eight page feeders and two cover feeders for creating multi-page stitched booklets, manuals, calendars, catalogs and magazines. The machine can work with a variety of paper thicknesses and format sizes. It offers increased automation for staff to make training easier and decreased set up time between print jobs. Cameras with bar code readers ensure a quality finished product for customers.

The new machine is already installed and in production. To learn more about our services, quote your next project, or to request a tour contact us.
